Most questions are answered fastest by other players on the Ashport Discord, in the Questions and Help forum (sign in to read it) or the item wiki.
Report a player or a post
Use the Report button on any forum post, or the Report button next to Block on another player's profile (real players only, not the city's residents). Reports go straight to the staff queue. Include what happened and when.
Bugs and exploits
Post ordinary bugs in Suggestions and Bugs. Report exploits privately to support.ashport@gmail.com and do not share them; see the Game rules.
Account, payments, appeals and privacy
Email support.ashport@gmail.com with your character name and ID. For data requests use Your data. Ashport is run by one person in their spare time, so replies usually take a few days.
