Terms of service
The agreement between you and the operator of Ashport. Last updated 6 November 2026.
1. Who we are
Ashport is a hobby project run by Nick ("Dyhr"), a private individual in Denmark ("we", "us"). Contact: support.ashport@gmail.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or playing you accept these terms, the Game rules and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if your country sets a higher age for signing up to online services), and old enough to accept these terms where you live. Ashport contains depictions of crime, violence, gambling mechanics and drugs, all fictional.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
5. Virtual items and currency
In-game cash, items, Marks and other virtual goods have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change, rebalance or remove game content. Purchases from the Store are final once delivered, except where Danish or EU consumer law gives you a right to a refund. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately and acknowledge that this ends your right of withdrawal once delivery starts, where the law allows.
6. Conduct and enforcement
You must follow the Game rules. We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts and remove virtual goods that break them, as described there.
7. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you write (chat, mail, forum posts, profile text). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate it to run the service. We may remove content that breaks the rules.
8. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for good uptime but do not promise it; we may pause, change or end the game, giving reasonable notice where we can.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of virtual goods, or amounts above what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account from Your data. We may end your access for serious or repeated breaches.
11. Changes and law
We will announce material changes in game and on the forums before they apply. These terms are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction, without removing protections of the country where you live.
